Laura is a Belgian based and internationally working circus artist. She discovered the magic of circus already at the age of 8 by stepping into the world of movement and artistry at Sorin Sirkus, in her hometown Tampere, Finland. There, she built a strong foundation while developing a deep passion for tight wire dancing and hula hoop manipulation.

Over the years, her fascination with circus evolved into a lifelong calling. She studied professionally in Sasak circus artist education and later at the University of Arts in Stockholm (formerly known as DOCH), where she further explored her own expression and musically very precise style.

From the first steps on the wire to the rhythm of spinning hoops, Laura’s journey reflects a deep commitment to movement as an art form – one that continues to evolve, captivate, and inspire.

Despite the very recent graduation from her studies, Laura has already gathered experience from professional stages and varying productions such as working with Sirkus Finlandia, Young Stage – festival, Cirque théâtre Tempo, Cie Hopscotch and Cie L’Habeas Corpus.
